1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LeaderRender, a cloud GPU render‑farm service operated by LeaderTelecom B.V. ("LeaderRender", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Global availability. LeaderRender is offered worldwide; you are responsible for complying with all laws in your jurisdiction.
• Age and authority. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
• Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration and Security

1. One account per user / organisation unless we authorise otherwise.
2. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
3. Safeguard credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use or security breaches.
4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the law, or our policies.

3. Description of Service

LeaderRender provides distributed GPU rendering.

• Supported software. Only legally licensed software and plug‑ins.
• Process. Upload project → farm queues job → render → download output.
• Service level. Best‑effort 24 × 7 availability; temporary maintenance or outages may occur.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Credits

4.1 Spot Rate

€0.001 per OBh excl VAT. The rate shown in the checkout window.

4.2 Payments

• Gateways: Mollie and CardGate (cards, iDEAL, etc.), SEPA bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin accepted after successful KYC. Bitcoin payments are final; no refunds.
• Invoices are issued in EUR; VAT is charged according to your billing location and tax status.
• Immediate performance waiver: By clicking "Order & Pay – obligation to pay" you request us to start rendering immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14‑day EU withdrawal right once rendering begins.

4.3 Pre‑paid Credits

• Funds convert to Render Credits (OBh) at the spot rate in effect when payment clears.
• Credits never expire. Jobs draw down your balance; a limited overdraft may be allowed to finish a frame, but you must top‑up within 48 h.

4.4 Bonus Credits

Fraudulent attempts to obtain multiple bonuses will void all bonus credits and may lead to account termination.

4.5 Price Updates (Dynamic Pricing)

1. Display & Acceptance – We may update the displayed rate at any time before you place an order.
2. Future Jobs/Credit Purchases – Updated rates apply only to orders or credit purchases made after the new rate is displayed.
3. Existing Credits – Credits already purchased keep the OBh value booked at the time of purchase; later rate changes do not affect them.

No advance‑notice period applies because each render job or credit purchase forms a new contract at the moment of checkout.

5. User Content, IP, and Confidentiality

5.1 Your Content

• You retain all IP rights in uploaded files and rendered outputs.
• You grant us a limited, temporary licence solely to copy, transmit, and process the files for rendering and support.

5.2 Confidentiality & Storage

• Files treated as confidential. We do not access project internals except to troubleshoot at your request.
• Automatic deletion 7 days after job completion (unless extended storage is arranged). Back up your work.

5.3 GDPR & Privacy

• LeaderTelecom B.V. is a Dutch data controller under GDPR.
• Personal data (account, billing, logs) processed to deliver the service; never sold.
• You have GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion, etc.). See our separate Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not:

1. Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.
2. Violate third‑party intellectual‑property rights.
3. Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the platform.
4. Use resources for non‑rendering compute or abusive high‑load jobs.
5. Create multiple or impersonation accounts.

7. Termination and Suspension

• By you: Close your account anytime; unused bonus credits are forfeited.
• By us: We may suspend/terminate for violations, non‑payment, fraud, legal requests, or security risks. Severe breaches may lead to immediate action.

Certain clauses (IP, confidentiality, liability, indemnity, jurisdiction) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

• Service provided "as is", best‑effort basis.
• No warranties—express or implied—regarding specific performance, uptime, or fitness for purpose.
• You render at your own risk; verify outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the sum you paid us in the one (1) month preceding the event.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost‑profit, data‑loss, or replacement‑service costs.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeaderRender harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your content,
• Your use of the service, or
• Your violation of these Terms or any law/third‑party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: Netherlands.
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Amsterdam/The Hague (unless mandatory consumer venue laws apply).
• Export and sanctions laws apply; you warrant compliance.

12. Consumer Information (EU)

• 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet performed. If you begin rendering within 14 days, you acknowledge performance has started and the right may be waived for completed work.
• Services must be performed with reasonable care; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
