LeaderRender ("LeaderRender", "we", "us" or "our") is a cloud GPU render‑farm service operated by LeaderTelecom B.V. We are established in the Netherlands and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, "AVG" in Dutch) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet) on cookies.

*Abbreviations: "Contract" = necessary to perform the contract; "Legal" = legal obligation.
Obligation to provide data – Supplying a valid e‑mail address is contractually required to create an account and receive renders; without it the service cannot be provided. Other fields are optional unless marked mandatory.
Children – The service is for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly process data of children.

- Provide & operate the rendering service.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Ensure security, prevent fraud, maintain infrastructure.
- Communicate job status, updates and critical notices.
- Improve site performance & (with consent) run analytics / ads.
- Comply with Dutch/EU law (tax, bookkeeping, AML/KYC).
Automated decision‑making – LeaderRender does not engage in automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects under Art 22 GDPR.

Under the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet and GDPR we use prior opt‑in for any cookies that are not strictly necessary.

7. Security | Beveiliging
- TLS (HTTPS) in transit.
- Role‑based access.
- Firewalls, intrusion detection, routine patching, vulnerability scans.
- Continuous monitoring & alerting (no PII in error logs).
- Breach notice – If a breach is likely to pose a high risk to you, we notify you without undue delay and report to the Dutch DPA within 72 hours.
8. Your Rights | Uw rechten
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (legitimate‑interest & direct marketing), withdrawal of consent.
Exercise rights via info@leaderrender.com – we respond within one month.
9. International Transfers | Doorgifte buiten EER
Where data flows to Google LLC in the USA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's certification under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework.
10. Changes | Wijzigingen
Material changes will be announced on the website and/or by e‑mail in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
